The Greytown Distilling Company is bringing world-class stand-up comedy to Greytown once again! See award-winning Kiwi comedians perform live by the fireplace at The White Swan every Wednesday throughout July.

Each evening includes a sumptuous two-course dinner, Greytown Distilling Company Gin Cocktail, and 40 minutes of belly-laughing entertainment. With strictly limited tickets they always sell out fast!

Wednesday 3 July - James Mustapic & Richard Dowling
James Mustapic is an award-winning comedian known for Winning Celebrity Treasure Island, as well as his hit TVNZ+ series Abandonment Issues, and his latest venture, James Must-A-Pic His Mum a Man. James made his start in comedy with his online show Shorty Street Scandal back in 2014, and started stand up comedy in 2015. Since then he's been a regular performer across the NZ comedy circuit, and has also appeared on hit TV shows such as Have You Been Paying Attention NZ, The NZ Comedy Gala, and Guy Mont's Spelling Bee. Richard Dowling, hailing from Dublin Ireland, has quickly become a regular around the NZ comedy scene, including several sold out performances with the Irish comedy show Booze and Craic. In his first six months he was nominated for two Best Newcomer awards and was a Raw Comedy Quest semi-finalist.

Wednesday 10 July - Michele A'Court & Hoani Hotene
Winner of Female Comedian of the Decade at the NZ Comedy Guild Awards, Michele A'Court has performed in Las Vegas, San Francisco, Vancouver and at comedy festivals in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Melbourne and Adelaide, and is our first return performer for Cocktails & Comedy. One of our country's best! Hoani Hotene, with his high energy and an alternative style, Hoani was able to win the Best Newcomer Award at the 2021 Wellington Comedy Awards before going on to win the 2022 National Raw Comedy Quest, crowning him Funniest Newcomer of the Year. Fresh from a series of sold out shows at the 2024 Melbourne Comedy Festival, he's one to watch.

Wednesday 17 July- Cori Gonzalez-Macuer & Lesa Macleod-Whiting
7 Days regular and star of What We Do In The Shadows, Cori Gonzalez-Macuer has been performing his unique brand of self-deprecating observational and deadpan comedy since 2003. In that time he's won the Billy T James Award, appeared on film and television, and performed in Australia, America, England, Scotland, Singapore and as far as the Middle East and South America, as well as appearing in Wellington Paranormal and the NZ Comedy Gala. Lesa Macleod-Whiting, best Newcomer at the 2020 Wellington Comedy Awards and is now a regular on the Wellington pro circuit, including performances at the Opera House for the NZ Comedy Gala. Lesa has also been performing improvised comedy since 2016, and is a member of improv company Tiny Dog. In 2019 Lesa co-wrote/directed/produced the sold out season of The Koru Hour for the NZICF. Absurd characters and fast-paced silliness are her jam.

Wednesday 24 July - David Correos & Samantha Hannah
Winner of the 2016 Billy T Award, David has quickly become a powerhouse of New Zealand comedy. He has a uniquely hectic, boundary pushing style which has made him an audience favourite whenever he performs. Already all over our TV screens - THREE's Comedy Gala, 7Days, AotearoHA, TVNZ's Stand Up, Laughs Unleashed, Pax Assadi's Comedy Mixtape - David is hitting the big time. After his outstanding performances on Taskmaster NZ and a nomination for the prestigious Best Show Fred Award at the 2021 New Zealand International Comedy Festival for his show David Correos Is David Post Office, he continues to establish himself as one of New Zealand's best. Samantha Hannah, from her homeland in Scotland to her new home in NZ, Samantha has had audiences laughing around the globe.
